I cannot express enough how much I appreciated having Sylvia there for me as my Realtor for the challenging sale of my house & having a tight deadline as I was doing a 1031 exchange. The home had been a rental for over 20 years and it was not until the tenant moved out that we discovered the tremendous amount of work it would take to get it ready to go on the market. There were many unexpected repairs needed during the process to bring the house back to the standard necessary to sell. As I live & work in San Francisco having Sylvia in Santa Rosa to coordinate the contractors schedules, let them in the house & follow-up on their work for me was so appreciated. Sylvia put together an amazing team to do the work needed and kept me up-to-date on the progress. When we ran into unexpected issues, she came up with solutions & worked with my budget.
